According to reports from TMZ, Corey spent his final days in Memphis, Tennessee, where he lost his battle with cancer. Corey Parker’s Early Career

Corey Parker’s acting journey began in the mid-1980s, with his first significant role coming in “Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning.” His performance as Pete left a lasting impression, paving the way for more opportunities in the industry. He continued to make strides with a small part in the romantic drama “9 1/2 Weeks,” featuring Kim Basinger.

Breakthrough Role in ‘Flying Blind’

Corey’s career took off in 1992 when he landed a starring role in the sitcom “Flying Blind.” In this series, he played Neil Barash, an awkward college grad who embarks on a relationship with the wild and free Alicia, portrayed by Téa Leoni. The show also featured an impressive cast, including Lisa Kudrow, Peter Boyle, Andy Dick, and Noah Emmerich.
