The alleged abuse took place in Somers Point between 2014 and 2025, when all of the victims were 13 or younger. According to Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds, Stebbins has been accused of “showing pornography” to children and “creating pornography with a child under the age of 13.” The prosecutor noted that Stebbins is facing several decades in prison if convicted.
