Adams\u2019 comments about not receiving the jam were made during an appearance on Amanda Hirsch\u2019s podcast, Not Skinny But Not Fat. Hirsch, the host of the podcast, had received a batch of the jam and was treating it like a precious treasure, refusing to even open the packaging. Adams jokingly asked if she was treating the jam like a champagne, and pointed out that preserves have a limited shelf life and would eventually go bad if not consumed.<\/p>\n
